My name is Dulsey and I'm a children's yoga teacher in SW Missouri. I believe that every child should feel comfortable in their own skin. I believe every child has a super power, and it usually is what makes that child different from everyone else. By focusing on what a child can do, and giving them tools to help them overcome obstacles on their own, we equip our young students with gifts that last a lifetime. What would you do if your child knew how to calm themselves down with a breath? What if your child could express themselves on paper and make sense of their feelings?
