I’m Dulsey Stewart, also known as Miss D, a children’s yoga teacher, author, and passionate advocate for helping children embrace their superpowers. My mission is to provide children and adults alike with tools to navigate emotions, reduce stress, and celebrate individuality through mindfulness, movement, and creativity.
Every child handles stress and stimulus differently. By learning breathing techniques, they can process and heal their emotions in a healthy way.
Based around her own in-person teachings, Dulsey Stewart excitedly introduces Breathe With Me: Fostering Self-Confidence and Emotional Growth in Children through Breathing Exercises and Journal Prompts.
In her new guidebook / workbook for children eight years old and above, Dulsey introduces 20 unique breathing techniques that children can learn to help them respond to the unique stresses or stimuli in their lives. With these tools, they are able to handle their emotions appropriately.
Breathwork is an important key to finding lasting solutions to emotional issues. Not only does it help to recognize, slow down and process emotions; breathwork provides children a safe space to learn more about themselves-like what upsets them, what makes them excited, and what hurts their feelings most.

BUY this book today!! My daughter is 10 and struggles with anxiety. This book has been wonderful for her. The writing exercises are so good! She had surgery a few weeks ago and told me she used techniques from this book to help her stay calm! Do NOT hesitate to purchase this book!
